Cowell: 'New American Idol is best yet'



The newly series of American language Idol testament be one of the best in time, according to producer and judge Simon Cowell.
The telling contest, which airs next Thursday, showcases the charles Herbert Best and worst of auditions from across the US in a bid to find just 1 "Idol".
Cowell dismissed speculation that the show will sustain less rivalry in the ratings this year due to the ongoing writers' impress in the US, saying they had discovered "3 or quadruplet" stars.
He said: "I think triad or four of the contestants we've got this year would give birth gotten recording contracts even without 'Idol'. I think they're that good."
He went on: "We heard a year or so ago that 'Dancing With the Stars' was mentation around loss up against us, which I think would be a error... So I think we're in the sami status as we were last year and the year before.
"The most important thing is that our show has got to search better, it's got to be more fun as a render. And if it is, I think more people will watch."
Cowell also dismissed criticism that American Matinee idol was non as trade good as it used to be.
"It's an incredible vehicle for people wHO want to be successful and below formula circumstances can't pose a record deal for or so grounds," he said.
"The mind of Carrie Undergrowth roving around without a platter deal out is staggering.
"You seem at shows like 'American Idol' and 'Dancing With the Stars', which I reckon to be deuce of the superbrands, these deuce shows, in my mind, seem to be acquiring bettor over the long time."
He went on: "The good news is that this is a much better season than last year ... [it's] one of the strongest age that we've had in a long, long time.
"It's younger, I reckon the endowment is more stream, they're to a greater extent interesting hoi polloi. So I go into this time of year a heap to a greater extent optimistic than I went in finish class."
